Frequently asked questions
Ordering, inspection, shipping and after-sales, answered plainly.
Ordering
What information do you need to quote a production line?
The product you want to make, the output per hour or per day, your power supply (voltage and frequency), the space available and the destination port. A photo or sample of the finished product helps.
Do you supply complete lines or single machines?
Both. We quote a complete turnkey line for a new factory, or one machine to add to or replace part of an existing line.
Can I find a spare part with only a photo?
Often yes. A clear photo of the part and its label, plus the vehicle or machine make, model and year, is usually enough to identify it. A part number or VIN makes it faster.
Quality and inspection
How do I know the machine matches what I ordered?
The specification is confirmed in writing before you order: model, capacity, power, materials and delivery. Goods are checked against that specification before they leave the factory.
Shipping and documents
Can machines, spare parts and raw materials go in one shipment?
Yes. We combine goods from several manufacturers into one order and, where the goods allow it, one container.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export worldwide, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa.
Which documents come with chemical orders?
A Certificate of Analysis for each batch, the Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Origin, packing list and commercial invoice, plus a dangerous goods declaration where the product requires it.
After-sales
What happens if I need spare parts or help after delivery?
Contact us with the machine model and the issue. We supply spare parts and manuals and get technical answers from the factory for you.
Tell us what you need to produce.
Send your product, capacity and destination port. We reply with matched suppliers, specifications and a quotation.
